The 348-Word Secret to Being the Happiest Person (w/o any self-improvement)

Being the Happiest Person

I am super amped-up. I ate a Macrobar for lunch and had a large medium-sized Starbucks dark roast coffee. Now I am accelerated. Maybe I can pinpoint the secret to being the happiest person in this caffeine-induced state.

What do we all have in common?

I guess we all want to be happy.

Wouldn’t you agree?

We may use different means to get there, yet we all want to be happy.

I often ponder… and always get to the same conclusion:

We all act in the way we think brings us the most happiness.

Does not matter if I agree with your way. It is your choice only. I may think you are grumpy, yet this may be your best way to derive happiness out of life. We do what we know. We don’t know what we don’t know.

So, alright than.

We all want to be happy and we all already do the best we can to get there.

Right now I am thinking what else to write about this. I look at the clear sky and see some palm trees next to the river here in Florida. I hear some birds in the background. My mind is racing and wants to figure out the key to happiness now.

Really, there is none…

Happiness is right here and now. We all do the best we can. We might as well stop for a minute, pat ourselves on the shoulder and smile. This is it. This is all there is now and we are doing exactly what we think works best.

Granted, there may be more stress-free ways for some of us. There might be a blueprint that we just don’t know of yet. So, no need to worry. As I said, we don’t know what it is that we don’t know. Until we find a new way, and I came to learn that the teacher always appears when the time is right, we might as well take pride in the way our life is now.

We are breathing. We are still a part of this. We do what works for us.

I smile now.
